Moses Onyango is the Director of Transformative Teaching and Research at Quantum Executive Education in Johannesburg, South Africa, where he provides strategic leadership and drives performance excellence. He specializes in designing professional courses on the use of information, communication, and technology in advancing community policing across South Africa and Kenya.
In Kenya, he is the founder of the Organic Leadership Agency (OLA), a registered company by guarantee committed to cutting-edge African research and innovative public policy solutions, including community policing initiatives. With a deep-rooted network in Kenya’s security sector and rich social capital built over decades, Moses is recognized as a trusted bridge between academia, policy, and practice.
With over 20 years of university teaching, research, and leadership experience, he previously served as Assistant Professor of Political Studies and Chair of the Department of International Relations. His academic journey is distinguished: a PhD in Political Studies (University of Johannesburg); an MSc in Leadership, Security and Society (King’s College London); an MA in International Studies (Rhodes University); a BA in International Relations (United States International University – San Diego); and a Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice (York St. John University, England).
Moses is also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) and an active member of the International Peace Institute (IPI), New York, reflecting his global reach and impact.
