In collaboration with CEPOL, the ICT4COP Center has contributed to the development of a new e-learning module on Community-Oriented Policing and Post-Conflict Police Reform. This online course is now available through CEPOL’s LEEd platform and offers law enforcement professionals across Europe a deeper understanding of the principles and practical challenges of implementing community-oriented policing in post-conflict contexts. Drawing on research from the ICT4COP project, the module highlights the importance of trust-building, local engagement, and inclusive security approaches in fragile environments.
